If you don't see your favorite breed contact us with the product that you are looking for and we might be able to special order it.

Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your planet-gizmo.com purchase, simply return it to:

with a printed copy of your original sales confirmation e-mail within 30 days of the date of purchase. We will gladly replace or repair the item, or return your money. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. A restocking fee may be assessed, at our discretion, on items missing packaging or items that are not resellable as new.

Sales Tax
Sales tax will be charged to all New York State customers only.

Expected Delivery Information
Prior to adding an item to your shopping cart, please read the "Availability" status on the product detail page of the items you are interested in. You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail when your item is shipped. Currently, all orders will be shipped via the United States Postal Service or UPS. Most items will be received within 3-5 business days from when they are shipped. We ship orders Monday-Friday.
